When the patient assistance platform Vivor—pronounced like “survivor”—sought to break through those challenges and gain new market share, they partnered with Phase2 Health to put them on a path toward greater awareness among healthcare decision makers.

How we did it

Phase2 Health developed a top-to-bottom sales and marketing program that involved executive placement in tandem with prospect databasing, content development, campaign flighting, and targeted outreach.

After leading the client through an ideal client profile exercise, we developed an expansive targeted marketing list of healthcare systems with pain points that aligned with Vivor’s services. All workflows take place within the Hubspot ecosystem, which we customized and optimized exclusively for Vivor’s sales and marketing footprint.

And, building off a Phase2-led messaging exercise and matrix, we created an evergreen pipeline of sales enablement and lead gen materials—from a 10-page white paper to sponsored and owned content for social media, email marketing, and Vivor’s blog. Ongoing outreach to media outlets and trade events continue to help share this emerging startup’s important message with healthcare leaders.
